The Enchanté Network is proud to present its Strategic Plan for 2025–2028, a forward-looking framework designed to strengthen Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ ecosystem through collaboration, governance, advocacy, and sustainability.

This plan reflects the collective insight of our members and partners and outlines four key priorities:

1. Member Empowerment: Deepen engagement and representation within our governance and advocacy work.

2. Sector Sustainability: Build long-term stability through funding, infrastructure, and leadership development.

3. Equity and Advocacy: Advance inclusive policy and equitable access to opportunities across diverse communities.

4. Organizational Excellence: Strengthen transparency, accountability, and community-driven decision-making.

Together, these priorities chart a clear course for advancing equity, building capacity, and ensuring that 2SLGBTQI+ organizations across Canada thrive in the years ahead.
