The Enchanté Network
The Enchanté Network’s 2021–2022 Annual Report captures a milestone year—nearly 200 2SLGBTQI+ organizations united nationwide, $110,000 in grants distributed, and groundbreaking advocacy that strengthened funding, policy, and inclusion across Canada.

The 2021–2022 Annual Report reflects The Enchanté Network’s evolution from a vision into a national movement. In just two years, the Network became Canada’s largest 2SLGBTQI+ coalition of 2SLGBTQI+ organizations—spanning every province and territory and driving meaningful systems change.
This report documents a transformative year for the Network and its members:
Network Growth: Expanded to nearly 200 member organizations across Canada, strengthening national collaboration.
Capacity-Building Leadership: Launched five cornerstone programs—Mentorship Program, Capacity Building Program, Shared Connections, Enchanté 101, and Micro-Grants—serving more than 680 individuals and distributing $110,000 in grants to member organizations.
National Advocacy Impact: Influenced federal funding priorities through the LGBTQ2 Capacity Fund renewal, policy submissions, and Canada’s first-ever national funder inclusion report, co-authored with the University of Saskatchewan.
Major Projects: Advanced the Northern Project (supporting Pride Centres in Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) and initiated Centre in a Box, a national resource hub for small and emerging 2SLGBTQI+ organizations.
Strategic Direction: Introduced the 2022–2025 Strategic Plan, outlining the next phase of growth focused on capacity-building, advocacy, and organizational sustainability.
Through collective advocacy, innovation, and care, The Enchanté Network continues to empower 2SLGBTQI+ organizations to serve, connect, and lead across Canada.
