Over the past three years, the Network has evolved from a grassroots coalition into a sustainable, seven-figure national organization driving systemic change for 2SLGBTQI+ communities across Canada.

Historic Advocacy Wins: Inclusion of 2SLGBTQI+ communities in the Employment Equity Act and $12 million secured through Canada’s National Action Plan to Combat Hate.
Capacity-Building Achievements: Over 400 service providers trained and $535,000 distributed to member organizations through the Rainbow Resilience Fund.
Network Growth: Membership surpassed 300 organizations, making The Enchanté Network the largest 2SLGBTQI+ nonprofit network in the country.
Financial Sustainability: Multi-year funding secured, social enterprise initiatives expanded, and a seven-figure operating budget achieved.
