The Enchanté Network
The Enchanté Network’s 2022–2025 Strategic Plan outlines the next phase of growth for Canada’s largest network of 2SLGBTQI+ organizations. Built through national consultations, the plan defines four key strategic directions: building capacity, strengthening the network, advocating alongside members, and investing in organizational sustainability.

The 2022–2025 Strategic Plan marks a defining moment for The Enchanté Network — Canada’s national hub connecting and supporting over 200 2SLGBTQI+ organizations from coast to coast to coast.
Following the 2018 LGBTQ2S Centre Leadership Summit and the Network’s incorporation in 2020, this plan provides a three-year roadmap to strengthen the 2SLGBTQI+ sector through collaboration, capacity building, and intersectional advocacy.
Key Highlights:
Building Capacity in 2SLGBTQI+ Organizations
Strengthen governance, fundraising, and leadership skills across the network.
Equip members to embed anti-racism, anti-oppression, and decolonization into their work.
Launch leadership development programs for Executive Directors and senior leaders.
Strengthening the Network
Create targeted networking opportunities for organizations of similar size, mandate, and region.
Expand membership outreach to rural, remote, and QTBIPOC organizations.
Embed trauma-informed practices and peer learning across the network.
Advocating For, and Alongside, Our Members
Develop a national advocacy agenda informed by member needs and sector research.
Strengthen government relations and resource mobilization for 2SLGBTQI+ communities.
Build member capacity to engage in advocacy and policy change at local and national levels.
Investing in Our Team and Organization
Build internal sustainability through diversified funding and governance excellence.
Foster a healthy, inclusive, and anti-oppressive workplace.
Strengthen evaluation, documentation, and accountability systems.
Our Commitment to Anti-Racism, Anti-Oppression & Decolonization
The plan is rooted in intersectionality and justice. It commits to centering QTBIPOC, 2 Spirit, Indigiqueer, rural, and Francophone organizations while embedding Indigenous worldviews and Calls to Action across all areas of the Network’s operations.
By 2025, The Enchanté Network envisions a resilient, sustainable, and connected 2SLGBTQI+ ecosystem — one where every organization has the tools and support to thrive.
